Marketing Manager

We're seeking a hands-on, commercially focused Marketing Manager with 360-degree marketing expertise and proven payments or fintech experience. You'll build our brand, strengthen market presence and generate qualified merchant and partnership opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand & Strategy: Develop marketing strategies, brand positioning and go-to-market plans. PR & Communications: Manage media relations, press releases, thought leadership and agency partnerships. Digital Marketing: Drive LinkedIn, Google, SEO, paid campaigns, content marketing and B2B lead generation. Website & UX: Improve website content, landing pages, customer journeys and conversion rates. Events & Partnerships: Manage fintech exhibitions, conferences, sponsorships and co-marketing initiatives. Sales Enablement: Create pitch decks, proposals, company profiles, product presentations and sales collateral. Performance: Track marketing KPIs, qualified leads, campaign results and sales pipeline contribution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in payments, payment gateways, acquiring, fintech, banking, cards or merchant services is essential. Strong understanding of merchants, acquirers, issuers, PSPs, card schemes and digital payments. Proven 360-degree marketing experience across brand, PR, digital, content, events and lead generation. Excellent presentation, communication, project management and execution skills. Experience in B2B marketing, website optimization and sales enablement. Preferred: Marketing/business degree, SaaS or AI technology experience, CRM and analytics knowledge, UAE/GCC market exposure. Arabic is an advantage.
