Marketing Executive

We are looking for someone who can personally create content, manage social media, run digital advertising campaigns, update website content and analyze marketing performance. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute monthly marketing and social media calendars Create, schedule and publish social media posts, stories and reels Write engaging corporate, property and campaign content Create day-to-day digital marketing materials using Canva or similar tools Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns Develop and monitor digital lead-generation campaigns Update website content, images, banners and landing-page content Coordinate property and corporate photography/video requirements with our in-house creative resources Manage Google Business Profile and support online reputation management Track leads, campaign spend, cost per lead, engagement and other marketing KPIs Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations Ensure marketing and property advertising follows Key One brand standards and applicable DLD/RERA requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience UAE real estate marketing experience is strongly preferred Proven experience managing business social media accounts Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager Experience with Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns Strong content creation and copywriting skills Experience updating websites through WordPress or another CMS Basic SEO knowledge Canva or similar content-creation skills Good understanding of marketing analytics and cost-per-lead performance Excellent written and spoken English Strong organization, creativity and attention to detail Able to work independently and take ownership of marketing execution Who We're Looking For We want someone who understands the complete marketing cycle: Plan → Create → Publish → Advertise → Monitor → Measure → Improve You should be comfortable doing the work yourself, not only coordinating agencies or external suppliers.
