Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Strong expertise in Software Sales and proficiency in utilizing software tools for sales operations Exp in GCC region in Software sales . Identify and qualify leads using both traditional and digital channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the GCC region. Drive client satisfaction, retention, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT solutions Manage the sales pipeline to ensure alignment with market dynamics and organizational goals Demonstrated skills in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies that align with market trends and client needs. Navigate cultural and business nuances to optimize client engagements and outcomes. Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present solutions effectively and tailor communication to clients' needs Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Familiarity with Document Management Solutions (DMS) or similar technologies is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the technology or software industry is a plus Desired Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related fields (MBA preferred). Experience: 15+ years of IT sales experience, with a strong focus on GCC markets preferably Saudi Arabia. Core Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
