Manager – Presales

Lead the complete presales process, from understanding client requirements and concept development through solution design and final proposal/tender submission. Review and analyse RFQs, RFPs, ITTs, technical specifications, scope of work, drawings, and other tender documents. Develop comprehensive system designs, solution architectures, technical solutions, BOQs, equipment selections, and technical proposals. Design and propose integrated systems and technology solutions for transport infrastructure projects, including Roads, Maritime/Ports, and Airports. Prepare technical specifications, compliance statements, technical write-ups, methodologies, equipment schedules, and other tender-related documentation. Evaluate client and consultant requirements and identify suitable OEM products, technologies, and solution offerings. Coordinate closely with engineering, commercial, procurement, project management teams, OEMs, suppliers, and subcontractors to develop complete and competitive proposals. Participate in client and consultant meetings, technical presentations, site visits, pre-bid meetings, and clarification sessions. Provide technical support during tender clarifications, negotiations, post-tender discussions, and project handover activities. Ensure all proposed solutions are technically compliant, practical, scalable, cost-effective, and commercially viable. Lead, guide, and mentor the presales team to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality tender and proposal submissions. Support business development teams in identifying new opportunities and developing solution-led proposals for transport infrastructure projects. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, OEM solutions, and market developments relevant to transport infrastructure. Ensure effective coordination between technical and commercial teams to deliver competitive and value-driven solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 10–15+ years of relevant experience in Presales, Solution Design, Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, Bid Management, or similar roles. Proven experience in developing integrated technology and infrastructure solutions involving areas such as: ELV and Security Systems Active and Passive Networking Infrastructure Other relevant Transport Technology and Infrastructure Systems Strong understanding of system architecture, systems integration, technical specifications, and end-to-end solution development. Excellent client-facing, presentation, communication, negotiation, and technical writing skills. Strong ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. UAE/GCC project experience will be preferred. Industry Experience Candidates with strong experience in Presales, Solution Design, and Systems Integration across transport infrastructure sectors are encouraged to apply.
