Manager of Banking Department (Chinese Speaker)

Business development of international settlement and trade finance, including but not limited on customer marketing, clients service, market development, product innovation and sales Banking operation, including but not limited on account opening, remittance, online banking and other transaction banking products operation International settlement operation, including but not limited on LC, LG, international remittance, instruments Trade finance operation, including but not limited on invoice discount, LC discount , forfaiting, risk participation Discharge AML and compliance obligations of the position pursuant to applicable laws and regulations as well as the Branch's internal policies including, without limitation, the AML Manual and the Compliance Manual Other issues assigned by the Head of department Detailed duties and responsibilities may be varied on each person with different emphasis. Reporting lines: Direct to Head of department Relationships Internal All business lines or units, support functions and controls functions operating in the Branch, to address the responsibilities cited above. External Professional clients, FI customers Competencies Competency 1 Distinctive international settlement and trade finance knowledge and at least 3-year-experience of above-said sectors Competency 2 Good knowledge of applicable rules and regulations covering all businesses; Competency 3 Knowing well about the products handled by the Branch (including but not limited on LC/LG/Trade Finance) and operation procedures Competency 4 Knowing well about the bank’s systems, Competency 5 Good analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills, good promotion skills and sense of market and business development Competency 6 Baseline competencies: Bachelor degree or above on finance or relevant specialty Integrity Organizational sensitivity Cultural awareness Good Chinese and English expression capability (oral and writing) Professional with OFFICE software KPI Assignment of department’s KPI Integrity and Responsibility Prudential implementation on accountability Professionalism on responsible job Sounds cooperation with other departments Good learning spirit, ability and Innovation
