Manager – Marketing & Sales

Develop and execute overall marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and revenue. Plan branch-wise marketing activities, promotions and healthcare campaigns. Build corporate, community and institutional partnerships. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Manage outdoor advertising, events, health camps and promotional activities. Coordinate with doctors, branches, operations and call centre for campaigns. Manage marketing agencies, vendors and marketing budgets. Monitor campaign performance, patient acquisition and ROI. Strengthen brand presence across Qatar. Lead and manage the marketing team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital sector. Strong experience in offline marketing, campaigns, events and corporate partnerships. Good knowledge of Qatar market and healthcare industry. Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills. Proven ability to drive patient footfall, brand awareness and business growth. Employment Type Full-time
