Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, resolving complex print-related issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possession of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, network administration, or specifically within managed print services. Demonstrated technical proficiency in managing diverse printer hardware, print drivers, and network protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP). Employment Type Full-time
