Maintenance Coordinator – Fit-Out & Construction Company

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Maintenance Coordinator will have a one-to-one relationship with clients, managing and coordinating all aspects of construction maintenance, repairs, and variations. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating day-to-day maintenance activities and client requirements. Maintaining direct communication with clients and attending to their requests. Preparing and sharing daily reports and maintenance updates. Attending site surveys and inspections. Attending client and internal company meetings. Coordinating with technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors. Following up on maintenance works, quotations, variations, and rectification works. Ensuring works are completed according to the required quality and company standards. Maintaining professional relationships with clients and providing regular updates. Our clients include high-end and well-known brands, therefore the successful candidate must be well-presented, professional, confident, and fluent in English, with a strong practical understanding of construction and maintenance. Desired Candidate Profile We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in: Hotel maintenance Building maintenance Facility management Retail shop maintenance Fit-out and construction maintenance Property maintenance Requirements Previous experience in maintenance, construction, fit-out, or facilities management. UAE/GCC experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction and building maintenance. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Fluent English is essential. Professional appearance and confident personality. Valid UAE driving licence and own car are essential. Ability to manage multiple client requirements and coordinate works efficiently.
