Logistics Officer (Joinery & Woodworks) - Maldives

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate the movement of raw materials, hardware, and finished joinery products between suppliers, factory, warehouse, and project sites. Plan and schedule deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and production targets are met. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of materials and consumables. Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, receipts, and dispatches. Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Project teams for material requirements. Track shipments and ensure timely receipt of materials from suppliers. Prepare delivery notes, material transfer documents, and logistics reports. Arrange vehicles, drivers, and transportation schedules for deliveries and site requirements. Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure materials are handled safely and correctly. Minimize delivery delays and resolve logistics-related issues. Conduct stock checks and support periodic inventory audits. Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety requirements, and logistics standards. Coordinate with project sites to prioritize urgent material requests. Support ERP/SAP data entry related to inventory and logistics transactions. Desired Candidate Profile 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations. Experience in joinery, woodworks, furniture manufacturing, or fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of material planning, inventory control, and delivery coordination. Experience coordinating between factory, warehouse, suppliers, and project sites. Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel. Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. GCC experience preferred.
