Logistics Assistant

Coordinate shipments, transportation, and delivery schedules Prepare import, export, shipping, and customs documents Track shipments and follow up on deliveries Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customers Assist with warehouse receiving, packing, labeling, inventory, and dispatch Maintain accurate shipment and logistics records Prepare logistics and inventory reports Support the team in improving operational efficiency and reducing costs

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field 1–2 years of UAE logistics/freight forwarding experience Knowledge of import/export and customs documentation Good knowledge of Dubai Trade, Calogi, and Dubai Municipality is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good command of written and spoken English Employment Type Full-time
