Live Chat Moderator – Live Shopping (English)

Every great live show has a co-pilot working behind the scenes — fast hands, cool head, running the whole room from a keyboard. That's this job.KWnG Live is a professional live-shopping studio in Maadi. While our host sells on camera, the Live Moderator runs everything from the screen: you manage the live chat, answer buyers in real time, pin products, launch flash sales, keep the orders flowing, and keep the room clean and on-track. If you've ever run a brand's live chat, comments or DMs — or worked in customer support — this is that, but live, fast and high-energy.The package — the good stuff up front:Basic salary 12,000 – 18,000 EGP/month 7-hour shifts, 5 days a week — with 2 days off (about 30 hours a week).Paid training on all our tools and playbooks — no experience required.Work in a fully-equipped professional studio with a young, high-energy team.A clear growth path: Moderator → Senior Moderator → Live Ops.Learn real, in-demand live-commerce & e-commerce skills from day one.What you'll doModerate the live chat: welcome viewers, answer questions, and reply to buyers in real time.Run the show controls: pin products, launch flash sales, and manage the on-screen lineup during the live.Keep orders flowing and flag anything the host or team needs to know — instantly.Keep the chat clean and the account safe: filter spam and trolls, and follow the platform rules.Be the host's second brain and the show's safety net from start to finish.Who we're looking forFluent English — reading, writing and fast typing (you'll chat with a live English-speaking audience). This is a must.Fast, accurate typing and a genuine multitasker — calm when three things happen at once.Detail-obsessed and ridiculously organized.Comfortable learning new software and dashboards (we train you on the live tools).
