Litigation Analyst

Job Purpose : Support in legal data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and tracking KPIs, budget, and compliance to support process improvement and decision-making. It also includes monitoring case progress and maintains all legal cases in the system/log and archiving cases/ files, and updating case status, outcomes, schedule the court hearing date, and follow up on court notifications and communications from relevant authorities, ensuring SLA adherence, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and output quality. Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities : Collect, validate, and manage legal data across contracts, litigation, and compliance matters, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information. Perform analysis of legal data to identify risks, trends, and actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. Maintain all legal cases in the system/log and archiving cases/ files, continuously track and update case status, documents, and outcomes, schedule and the court hearing date, and follow up on court notifications and communications from relevant authorities. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and both periodic and ad-hoc reports on legal performance, disputes, and compliance metrics. Identify opportunities for process optimization and support the implementation of data-driven improvements and basic automation within legal workflows. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements by maintaining high standards of data governance and compliance. Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports, delivering insights that support management in overseeing legal, financial, and operational matters. Develop and maintain case tracking tools to monitor litigation and recovery progress, deadlines, and outcomes. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., IT, Finance) to improve data flow, reporting accuracy, and system utilization Monitor SLA adherence and highlight delays or operational gaps across stakeholders. Establish, track, and continuously refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance legal operations, efficiency, and transparency. Demonstrates strong capabilities in data analysis and visualization using tools such as Power BI and Excel, along with effective communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Bachelor s degree in business administration, Legal, or a related field. 0-2 of experience in related fields.
