Lighting Design & Sales Coordinator (Remote)

Manage project-related emails, tenders, registrations, and ensure timely follow-up. Prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, MAS, and project presentations based on client requirements. Maintain and update Odoo/CRM with project opportunities, quotations, documents, and client information. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams regarding technical requirements, approvals, quotations, and deliveries. Track project quotations, pending actions, and sales opportunities to ensure timely progress and closure. Maintain complete project documentation, including completion certificates, project photos, and supporting documents. Prepare weekly project sales and pipeline reports and provide regular updates to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical or Civil Engineering. Proficiency in English and Arabic. Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Dialux and AutoCAD software. Hands-on experience with CRM software is an advantage. Strong teamwork and coordination skills. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize multiple assignments, and meet deadlines. Fast learner with a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
