Build and maintain strong tenant relationships. Monitor occupancy and leasing performance. Support the achievement of leasing targets. Coordinate with internal teams and tenants for smooth leasing operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Diploma or Bachelor s Degree. Minimum 5 years of relevant leasing experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and tenant relationship skills. Experience in real estate, property management, or retail leasing preferred.
