Leasing & Marketing Agent

We are seeking a dynamic Leasing & Marketing Agent professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi, combining strong technical expertise with proven commercial and client-facing experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid IT background, complemented by hands-on sales experience within the real estate sector and drive leasing opportunities from initial engagement through to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and other relevant stakeholders. Manage the complete leasing cycle, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Understand client challenges and identify technology solutions that deliver measurable business value. Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients. Develop proposals, quotations, solution recommendations, and commercial offers. Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and emerging trends in real estate technology. Provide regular leasing forecasts and pipeline updates to management. Maintain detailed records of daily works, client interactions, proposals, and leasing activity.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Experience in IT solutions, software, SaaS, ERP/CRM systems, cybersecurity, cloud services, networking, or other technology solutions. Existing network of contacts within the Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate sector. Employment Type Full-time
