Lead Solutions Consultant

Sprinklr is looking for a Lead Solutions Consultant to partner with Sales and drive revenue growth through advanced solution design and strategic customer engagement. What You ll Do Design and present customized solutions using Sprinklr s AI-powered Unified-CXM platform. Collaborate with Sales and consulting teams to integrate AI and data science capabilities into customer environments. Showcase advanced automation solutions, including agentic AI and AI-powered workflows. Architect scalable, high-performance, and cost-efficient enterprise solutions. Provide strategic guidance on data architecture, API integrations, and multi- and hybrid-cloud environments. Lead key pre-sales activities such as executive presentations, technical workshops, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept engagements. Partner with the broader Sprinklr ecosystem to validate requirements and deliver art-of-the-possible demonstrations. Apply design thinking and human-centered design principles to enterprise experience solutions. Travel up to 40% and remain local to key customer regions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering; Master s degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, and Contact Center/UC environments. 5+ years designing solutions within CCaaS platforms. Experience implementing AI-driven solutions for martech and social platforms. Expertise in cloud contact center ecosystems (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE, Five9). Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Demonstrated thought leadership through publishing, speaking, or industry engagement. Proven ability to lead deep architectural discovery engagements.
