Lead Quantity Surveyor engineer

Lead QS, commercial, and cost-control activities for Oil & Gas projects. Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, and rate analysis. Manage variations, claims, change orders, and EOT. Review and certify contractor/subcontractor valuations and payments. Monitor project budget, costs, commitments, and forecasts. Manage subcontractor commercial activities and final accounts. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, and Contracts teams. Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and scope of work. Prepare monthly cost and commercial reports. Support tendering, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and procurement. Ensure accurate quantity measurement and reconciliation. Lead and supervise QS/commercial team members.

Prepare monthly cost and commercial reports for management. Support tendering, procurement, commercial evaluations, and negotiations. Ensure accurate measurement, quantity reconciliation, and cost recovery. Lead and mentor QS/commercial team members.
