Lead the technical and commercial proposal development for Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Translate complex client requirements into robust and cost-effective E&I system designs and solutions. Collaborate closely with sales, project management, and engineering teams to define scope, strategy, and win themes. Develop detailed E&I cost estimations, including equipment, labor, and material, to support proposal pricing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in E&I engineering, with at least 3-5 years in proposal development. Proven track record in developing winning proposals for major EPC projects within the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or Petrochemical industries. Employment Type Full-time
