Lead Oracle Database Architecture Engineer

**Required Eligibility & Compliance**

• U.S. citizenship required
• Must successfully complete required background checks and NERC CIP compliance onboarding
• Must be comfortable working in a secured client environment with restrictions on personal devices and bringing files into or removing files from the site

**Required Experience & Technical Qualifications**

• 15+ years of enterprise Oracle Database Administration and Architecture experience
• Oracle Database 19c OCP certification
• Expert-level Oracle Database 19c experience
• Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Grid Infrastructure, 2-Node RAC, and ASM
• Advanced hands-on experience with Active Data Guard, Data Guard Broker, Fast-Start Failover (FSFO), and Far Sync
• Strong Oracle GoldenGate 21c Microservices experience
• Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle database migrations using RMAN, GoldenGate, and Data Guard
• Hands-on experience executing migrations with five-minute or less downtime windows
• Advanced Oracle security experience, including TDE and Unified Auditing
• Strong Linux experience, including RHEL/OEL 8/9
• Ability to develop and execute migration runbooks, rollback procedures, and cutover plans
• Ability to provide professional references from Oracle Data Center Migration projects where they served as the hands-on lead engineer

**Preferred Experience**

• Utility, energy, or grid-operator environment experience
• High-performance SAN storage architecture experience
• Oracle Certified Master (OCM)
• Ansible/database automation experience
• Oracle Database Vault and Oracle Key Vault experience
• CIS benchmark/DBSAT experience
• Rubrik backup management experience
• Oracle 26ai exposure
