Lead Construction Engineer(Offhsore)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction activities for oil & gas projects. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project standards. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and site teams. Monitor construction progress, schedules, and budgets. Resolve technical and construction issues at site. Review and approve construction plans, methods, and work packages. Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications. Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders. Support project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Minimum 15 TO 18+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction, with at least 5 years in a lead role. Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience is mandatory.
