Position: Lead Business Analyst with Insurance Domain

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months - Possibility of extension

Required Skills & Qualifications

Deep knowledge of Insurance value chain specially from submission to policy issuance which includes quoting and binding.

Knowledge of specialty products specially in Excess lines like Excess Casualty, Professional Liability, Medical Liability, Products and Contractors

Ability to facilitate and lead requirement gathering sessions

Build relationship with key business stakeholders

User story elaboration, Backlog refinement, Prioritization and act as a product owner

Work with the development team to define and deliver the end to end feature

Define the acceptance criteria for each story and work with QA team to test the features

Provide first level operational support to business users/underwriters across various segments

Monitor Teams channels for production issues and perform initial triage

Fluent in AI prompt engineering and best practices

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in creating user stories, business rules, and documentation.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for work tracking and team management.

Ability to support QA, UAT, and production processes with business expertise
