Landscape Designer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities *Develop creative landscape concepts and detailed design proposals. *Prepare site plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, irrigation layouts, and construction drawings. *Conduct site analysis, measurements, and assessments. *Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D landscape models. *Create realistic renderings, animations, and visual presentations for client approval. *Select appropriate plants, trees, shrubs, paving materials, and landscape elements suitable for project requirements. *Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers throughout the design and construction process. *Ensure designs comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and client specifications. *Review project progress and provide design support during construction. *Prepare presentation boards, design reports, and project documentation. Desired Candidate Profile *Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Architecture, or a related field. *Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape design or a related discipline. *Proficiency in AutoCAD (Computer-Aided Design) for preparing 2D technical drawings and construction documentation. *Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max for 3D modeling and landscape visualization. *Proficiency in Lumion for producing high-quality renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation animations. *Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating presentation boards, diagrams, and graphic design materials. *Knowledge of landscape materials, planting design, grading, irrigation systems, and hardscape detailing. *Understanding of local landscape regulations and sustainable design practices. *Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail. *Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills. *Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. *Competitive salary based on experience *Willing to relocate in Al Ain, UAE Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Landscaping Department / Functional Area Graphic DesignWeb DesignArtVisualiser Keywords CADAutocad3Ds MaxLumionAdobe IllustratorPhotoshopGarden Designer Get real-time job updates only on our App
