Land surveyor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Conduct land, topographical, and construction site surveys. Establish survey control points, benchmarks, levels, and site coordinates. Verify site layouts, dimensions, elevations, and boundaries as per approved drawings. Carry out setting-out activities for civil and construction works. Prepare survey reports, drawings, calculations, and as-built documentation. Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and other relevant instruments. Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and contractors. Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings. Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in the UAE. Good knowledge of construction surveying, setting-out, leveling, and topographical surveys. Proficiency in using Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and related surveying equipment. Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing is preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
