Land Application & Housing Unit Delivery Office

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Review and follow up on the completion of residential land applications received from Housing Services branches, applicable systems, and relevant entities, ensuring that all documents and information required to study and evaluate the applications are complete. Coordinate with the Social Case Study Section to obtain social assessment reports needed to evaluate the social and humanitarian circumstances of applicants seeking residential land. Prepare a list of residential land allocation applications rejected for failure to meet the eligibility criteria. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Public Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in land management, housing development, or government project delivery. Proven experience in navigating complex regulatory environments and securing necessary permits and approvals. Strong understanding of land use planning principles, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
