Job Description

We are hiring an L2 Technical Operations Engineer / Customer Support Analyst with experience in application support and IT service delivery. The candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow, Azure, Azure Application Insights (App Insights), incident management, request fulfillment, troubleshooting application issues, and working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience with ITIL, reporting using ServiceNow/Power BI, and the Microsoft Office Suite is required. Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
