Junior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and deadlines Support the development and tracking of project plans, timelines, and milestones Monitor project progress and help manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations Help identify project risks and issues, and escalate when necessary Ensure resource availability and assist in task allocation Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting minutes and action items Support quality control processes and ensure deliverables meet expectations Assist in post-project evaluations and lessons learned documentation Contribute to improving project management tools, templates, and processes Support client engagement to ensure satisfaction with project delivery

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent 3 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles Knowledge of project management methodologies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and Jira Analytical and problem-solving abilities Basic understanding of IT solutions and project environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Strong English communication skills
