Jr. Cost Control Engineer

Operational Assists in developing, preparing and reviewing the job budget. Assists in preparing and issuing the project s cost report. Assists in the preparation of subcontractor s progress reports and payment certificate. Assists in preparing/checking project s variation orders/claims and its supporting documents. Performs quantity take-offs based on contract s method of measurement with high speed and accuracy. Performs site visits to prepare and update the progress report. Provides feedback and updates of data required for the preparation of project reports. Verifies Purchase Requisition (PR) by checking the quantities against budgeted quantities to ensure that they are within the budget and ensures that the ordered items comply with contract specifications.
