JOINERY PRODUCTION HEAD

We are looking for an experienced, technically strong, and hands-on Joinery Production Head to lead and manage our medium-scale production facility.

If you have strong experience in joinery production, factory management, CAD production drawings, estimation & costing, and can effectively manage multiple departments, we would like to hear from you.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in joinery, furniture production, or a similar manufacturing environment.

Proven ability to manage and supervise a medium-scale factory independently.

Strong knowledge and experience in

• Carpentry / Joinery Production
• Welding / Metal Works
• Painting / Finishing

Ability to read, prepare, and understand CAD production drawings.

Good knowledge of estimation, costing, material calculations, and production planning.

Ability to manage production teams, manpower, workflow, quality control, and deadlines.

Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, production processes, and factory operations.

Strong leadership, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively between different departments and ensure smooth, efficient, and timely production.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We need someone who can take ownership of the entire production process, from drawings and estimation through fabrication, finishing, quality control, and final delivery.
