About the Company:We are a leading and prominent company in the Ready-Mix Concrete industry. We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our field team to expand our client base and increase our market share.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients from contracting companies, real estate developers, and construction projects.

Conduct regular field visits to construction sites and follow up on ongoing projects. Prepare and present technical and financial proposals to clients and follow up to close deals and agreements. Achieve the monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Follow up on financial collections and outstanding payments from clients in line with company policy.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with consultants, engineers, and contractors.

Job Requirements

Proven previous hands-on experience in Ready-Mix Concrete sales. Strong knowledge of the local market as well as current and upcoming construction projects.

Possession of a valid driving license.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to persuade and build relationships.

Ability to work in the field, handle work pressure, and travel between construction sites.
