Jedox Techno-Functional Consultant – FP&A Production Support

Provide expert-level support for Jedox FP&A applications, troubleshooting complex issues related to data integration, calculations, and reporting to ensure business continuity. Analyze and resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve system stability. Develop and maintain Jedox ETL processes, ensuring accurate and timely data loading from various source systems into the planning models. Configure and customize Jedox dimensions, rules, and calculations to meet evolving FP&A business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Experience Strong FP&A knowledge across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, workflows, approvals, and financial validations. Hands-on Jedox experience in administration, Integrator, cubes, dimensions, rules, ETL, reports, dashboards, workflows, and security. Ability to diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate with Finance, IT, vendors, and support teams, and resolve integration or data flow issues.
