Java Developers

Location: Westerville, OH Salary: $55.00 USD Hourly - $70.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Java Developers W2 Only

W2 only position. No C2C

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of experience in software development using Java.

Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software applications.

Experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend application development.

Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and supporting applications in large-scale production environments.

Experience working with SQL and/or database querying technologies.

Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software engineering best practices.

Experience working in Agile development environments and with CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of application resiliency, security best practices, and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems.

Familiarity with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile application development.

Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and contribute to technical design discussions.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building reliable, scalable software solutions.
