Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Support different Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Windows Servers/Clients, System Centre Configuration/Operations Manager, Office 365, Azure, File, Print, DNS, DHCP, WINS Servers Maintain Dell-EMC VxRail HCI and VMware Virtualization environment Support Citrix Xen App and NetScaler infrastructure Monitor Riverbed Steel Fusion HCI for branch offices Document process, procedures and infrastructure elements Perform proactive patch management of different systems Monitor and Maintain routine backup jobs using Veeam Availability Suite Ensure the design of the system allows all components to work properly together Make recommendations for future upgrades Maintain the security and integrity of the systems Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues Evaluate and modify the system’s performance Maintain the integrity of the network, server deployment, and security Test computer equipment, backups, installing and updating patches, installing and rebuilding existing servers Diagnose and resolve problems quickly Respond to help desk requests after hours Communicate technical concerns and solutions to people with varying degrees of technical knowledge Work with individuals in all departments to help solve their technical issues Desired Candidate Profile Professional certifications such MCSE, VCP, or equivalent is desired Managing more than 100+ Server infrastructure A solid understanding of Servers, Storage, Networks, Virtualization and Applications Hands on theoretical knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, Veeam, and Riverbed technologies Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office Strong communication and documentation skills Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment Must be organized and have the ability to manage projects of varying length Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently Must be a team player Ability to respond to requests and calls after office hours Work six days a week Perform maintenance work after office hours as and when required Employment Type Contract Company Industry Oil & GasPetroleum Department / Functional Area IT Software Keywords Active DirectoryWindows ServersWindows ClientsSystem Centre Configuration ManagerSystem Centre Operations ManagerOffice 365AzureDellEMC VxRail HCIVMware VirtualizationCitrix Xen AppNetScalerRiverbed Steel Fusion HCI Get real-time job updates only on our App
