Job Overview
Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their IT product needs Promote and close sales on IT products and services Stay updated on product specs, offers, and promotions Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain store presentation standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in IT/electronics retail sales Strong product knowledge of laptops, and IT accessories Good communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English (spoken & written);or Hindi/Malayalam a plus Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends Immediate joiners preferred Employment Type Full-time
