IT Project Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead and coordinate assigned technical projects across the organisation. Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within deadlines and budget, while aligning with business and IT goals and strategies. Manage cross-functional teams, track project milestones, and ensure successful delivery of IT services and solutions. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution. Monitor and report on project progress using defined and approved tools. Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes through appropriate mitigation strategies. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Foster strong communication among stakeholders, team members, and leadership. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with IT governance. Desired Candidate Profile Exp. 12 to 16 years of Experience Experience in healthcare preferred. Should have worked on delivery of large application and technology projects. Edu. Bachelor or Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Business Administration) Certification in Project Management(PMI) Mandatory. Foundation understanding of ITIL Project planning & scheduling (using tools like MS Project, JIRA) Strong understanding of IT processes, software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and cloud platforms.
