IT Cluster Delivery Lead

Lead end-to-end delivery of MENA IT projects, rollouts, and implementations from demand intake to closure. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and status reporting. Coordinate delivery with FDT, global teams, and external vendors to ensure successful execution. Act as the primary IT Business Partner for MENA country leadership and key stakeholders. Capture, assess, and prioritize business demand through the ServiceNow intake process. Define business requirements, scope, objectives, success criteria, and business cases for new initiatives. Drive change management, communications, training, user adoption, and operational handover. Consolidate MENA IT budgets, forecasts, funding proposals, and financial reporting. Establish and govern regional standards for hardware lifecycle management, vendors, services, and asset management. Evaluate initiative readiness, recommend portfolio priorities, and approve business readiness for go-live in collaboration with Operations and FDT. Willing to travel across the MENA markets and South Africa as needed. Effective time management, organization and multitasking skills. Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in IT, engineering or related discipline. A project management certification would be advantageous. 2 to 5 years delivering IT projects across more than one country, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device or other realated sector. Required

• Strong project and portfolio management capabilities, including planning, risk and dependency management, status reporting
• Proven ability to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into effective technology solutions while engaging with non-technical stakeholders
• Sound understanding of IT infrastructure, workplace technologies, and SAP-related delivery, with the ability to manage service providers against defined specifications
• Experience delivering automation, analytics, and reporting solutions, including Power BI, with exposure to AI-enabled business use cases
• Strong vendor management, budgeting, and cost analysis skills
