About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Relationship Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in building and maintaining strong relationships between the IT department and our business units. You will act as a bridge, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment between business needs and IT solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges.Assess the needed systems based on business requirements.Translate business needs into clear and actionable IT requirements.Advocate for business needs within the IT department.Manage and prioritize IT requests from business units.Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units and IT teams.Monitor and measure the success of IT solutions from a business perspective.Identify and manage risks associated with IT projects.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
