Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing processes and translating them into clear functional and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business and technology requirements. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirement-gathering sessions. Document business requirements, functional requirements and user stories. Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Create process flows, use cases and functional specifications. Translate business requirements into actionable requirements for development teams. Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA and Solution Architects. Define acceptance criteria and support test-case development. Coordinate UAT activities and stakeholder sign-off. Analyze system integrations and data flows. Support implementation, deployment and post-production activities. Identify business risks, dependencies and process gaps. Prepare dashboards, reports and management documentation. Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies where applicable.
