IT Associate

As our IT Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring every device, system, and network runs smoothly so our teams can focus on what matters most. You'll support end-to-end IT operations across the organization, ensuring every system balances reliability, security, and efficiency while aligning with Manzil's brand and vision. This role involves close collaboration with operations, product, and engineering teams to keep our technology infrastructure running overseeing hardware, software, network access, and troubleshooting to deliver seamless, high-quality support. You'll also champion best practices in IT, conducting regular system checks to ensure every detail meets our standards and enhances how our teams work. Key Responsibilities You will own the administration of the company's internal technology stack and business applications. You will manage user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and access reviews, and oversee software licensing, subscription renewals, vendor relationships, and IT procurement. You will ensure accurate tracking of technology assets, including laptops, monitors, and other equipment, and coordinate device provisioning, maintenance, repairs, and replacements. You will support internal teams by resolving day-to-day technical issues and escalating complex cases when needed, and maintain documentation, asset records, and IT operational processes. You will partner with Finance to manage IT-related invoices, budgets, and procurement workflows, and continuously improve internal IT operations by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and a better employee experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

To thrive in this position, you should have at least 1 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, a solid understanding of hardware, networks, and software troubleshooting, familiarity with IT security best practices, and excellent problem-solving and coordination skills. Required Qualifications 1 3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Systems Administration, along with hands-on experience managing modern workplace platforms and SaaS applications. Familiarity with identity and access management best practices is required, in addition to strong organizational and project coordination skills. Candidates must be able to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment, with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset are essential.
