Inventory Controller( Jewellery)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Monitor daily sales performance across all brands and stores to ensure timely business decisions. Perform internal stock consolidations based on HTV sales and overall sales performance. Prepare and prioritize stock orders based on sales trends and business requirements. Ensure timely replenishment of inventory to maintain optimum stock availability. Analyze sales data to identify best-selling and slow-moving products and recommend stock consolidation strategies. Ensure fast-moving product lines are adequately stocked to maximize sales opportunities. Plan and execute stock distribution across stores based on sales performance and inventory requirements. Prepare production plans in line with sales trends, forecasts, and inventory needs. Monitor inventory levels to ensure management's stock targets are achieved. Generate detailed brand performance reports segmented by design, article, price point, and other key performance indicators. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports to monitor brand and sales performance. Maintain complete control and accurate records of gold stock in GCP Bulk. Coordinate with vendors to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations and timely deliveries. Maintain accurate system records and Excel reports for inventory, stock movements, and operational activities. Prepare and dispatch goods to retail stores according to allocation plans. Prepare weekly Gold Outstanding Reports for management review. Develop and monitor weekly Gold Payment Plans in coordination with finance and vendors. Coordinate and supervise gold scrap melting activities while ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Conduct weekly stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and operational standards. Support management with inventory analysis, business planning, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, sales planning, in the jewellery industry. Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Good understanding of inventory control, stock replenishment, and sales analysis. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
