Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Internal Sales Executive - Regional Desk Freight July 03,2026 Lebanon Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through phone calls, emails, and online channels. Generate freight quotations for Air, Sea, and Land shipments based on customer requirements. Follow up on quotations and convert leads to confirmed business. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Coordinate with Operations and Pricing teams to ensure competitive rates and smooth shipment execution. Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM/system. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the department's revenue growth. Promote the company's freight services through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for management. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and professional support. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field. 2 – 4 years of indoor sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics. Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Freight, and Incoterms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Strong sales mindset with the ability to identify and close business opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
