Interior Fit-out Project Manager

Manage and oversee interior fit-out projects from mobilization to handover. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, and site activities. Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with the design, MEP, joinery, and civil teams. Review drawings and coordinate with the technical team to resolve site issues. Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship. Ensure materials and works are available as per project schedule. Prepare and follow up on project schedules and daily/weekly progress. Communicate project updates and issues to management and clients. Ensure proper coordination for inspections, approvals, and project handover. Identify potential delays or issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for solutions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site requirements. Maintain proper project documentation and records. Desired Candidate Profile 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out. UAE experience is required. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, including civil, MEP, joinery, and finishing works. Proven experience handling projects from start to completion. Good knowledge of drawings, specifications, and site coordination. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
