Interior Designer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role Overview The Interior Designer is responsible for developing and delivering design work across assigned project areas, translating approved creative direction into detailed, well-executed outputs from concept through design development stages. The role focuses on design ownership at an area level, technical execution, and coordination support, contributing to project deliverables while progressively building independence and capability. This role works under the guidance of Senior and Lead Designers and does not own team leadership, project delivery management, or design authority, instead contributing through execution, development, and collaboration. Responsibility Area Description Design Development Take ownership of assigned design areas including space planning, storytelling, and material application. Develop concepts, schematic layouts, and design development outputs with minimal guidance. Contribute to concept packages and design narratives. Technical Documentation & Visualization Produce drawings in AutoCAD and support Revit outputs where required. Develop presentation decks in InDesign and support visualization through Photoshop and SketchUp. Prepare elevations, renders, and 3D briefs aligned with project intent Project Coordination Support Coordinate with BIM, Technical, FF&E, and Admin teams on assigned areas. Support communication with external consultants through meetings and follow-ups. Implement feedback from Senior and Lead Designers accurately Client & Presentation Support Assist in preparing client presentations and design materials. Present assigned areas when required. Support preparation of MoMs, reports, and tracking documents Task Execution & Time Management Manage assigned tasks and ensure timely completion in line with project timelines. Communicate progress and flag potential challenges. Support team deliverables during peak periods Quality & Standards Compliance Ensure all work meets Stickman Tribe standards and design intent. Maintain accuracy and consistency in outputs. Follow project lifecycle protocols, documentation standards, and internal workflows Professional Development & Contribution Engage in design research and contribute insights to the team. Actively build technical and creative capability.
