Senior Insights Analyst Talent Analytics

We re seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to join a Talent Analytics team and help transform workforce data into actionable business insights. This role combines hands-on data analysis, BI/reporting, predictive analytics, and stakeholder partnership.

*This role is Fully Remote*

Key Responsibilities

Develop ad hoc, recurring, and self-service analytics solutions using HR and enterprise data

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations

Use SQL and Alteryx to query, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets

Identify trends and translate complex analysis into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Contribute to predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, and automation initiatives

Gather business requirements and independently scope and execute analytics projects

Partner with HR, Talent, and Technology teams to improve reporting and analytics capabilities

Required Skills

3+ years of SQL experience working with large datasets

3+ years of hands-on Alteryx experience

2+ years of Power BI, including report development, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills

Bachelor s degree in a related field

Preferred

Python or R/RStudio

Predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining

People/Talent/HR Analytics experience

Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, Cornerstone, Qualtrics, VNDLY, or ServiceNow
