Indoor Sales Engineer DEUTZ Engine Spare Parts

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities The Indoor Sales Engineer supports customers by providing technical and commercial solutions for DEUTZ engine spare parts and related components. The role involves handling customer inquiries, identifying spare parts using parts catalogs, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and coordinating with warehouse and procurement teams. Handle customer inquiries via email, telephone, and walk-in visits. Identify genuine DEUTZ engine spare parts using EPC/parts catalogues and engine serial numbers. Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams regarding stock availability and delivery schedules. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support repeat business. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field. 2 5 years of experience in spare parts sales, preferably for DEUTZ engines or similar diesel engine brands. Good knowledge of diesel engine components and spare parts. Experience using electronic parts catalogues (EPC). Strong communication and customer service skills.
