HVAC/Sales Engineer

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Engineer with strong technical and commercial experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling estimation, project execution, troubleshooting, and client communication independently. Key Responsibilities Prepare HVAC estimations, BOQs, and project cost calculations. Conduct heat load calculations using industry‑standard tools. Perform troubleshooting for VRF/VRV, split units, ducted units, AHUs, FCUs, and chilled‑water systems. Manage project handling, site supervision, and coordination with clients, suppliers, and contractors. Prepare and send quotations, technical submittals, and material requests. Review, update, and prepare AutoCAD HVAC drawings (layouts, shop drawings, as‑built). Ensure compliance with ASHRAE and, Dubai Municipality requirements. Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2–4 years UAE experience in HVAC engineering. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, estimation, and project execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design/estimation software. Good communication and client‑handling skills. UAE driving license preferred.

HVAC system design knowledge (VRF/VRV, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split units). Heat load calculation expertise using HAP, E20, or equivalent tools. Estimation & BOQ preparation for HVAC projects. Project cost calculation and commercial understanding. Troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant‑related faults.
