Hvac Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Lead maintenance and servicing of VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems across multiple sites Perform advanced troubleshooting using laptop/software tools and error codes Diagnose faults related to communication networks, PCB boards, sensors, EEV operation, and refrigerant systems Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of indoor and outdoor units Perform vacuuming, gas charging, leak testing, and system performance checks Supervise and guide a team of HVAC technicians for daily maintenance activities Read and interpret VRF wiring diagrams, control logic, and schematics Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams Prepare service reports, fault analysis reports, and maintenance logs Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures Support troubleshooting of BMS/DDC integration with VRF systems Desired Candidate Profile Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC / Refrigeration Engineering (Minimum Required) 5–8 years of HVAC maintenance experience, with at least 3–5 years in VRF systems (mandatory) Strong expertise in VRF troubleshooting using laptop-based diagnostic tools Experience with LG / Daikin / Mitsubishi VRF systems preferred Solid understanding of refrigeration cycle, HVAC fundamentals, and control systems Ability to identify and resolve faults in: Indoor & outdoor units PCB boards and sensors Communication systems EEV operation Good English communication skills (mandatory) for reading manuals, software diagnostics, and reporting Strong leadership and team supervision skills GCC experience preferred Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Air ConditioningRefrigerationHVAC Department / Functional Area InstallationMaintenanceOperationsRepair Keywords VRFHVAC TechnicianHVAC MaintenanceAir ConditioningHvac Maintenance SupervisorHvac Maintenance Technician Get real-time job updates only on our App
