Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Coordinate and schedule work for HVAC technicians, optimizing team efficiency and project timelines. Manage inventory and procurement of HVAC materials and tools, ensuring all necessary supplies are available for projects. Implement best practices for energy efficiency and sustainability in HVAC system design and installation. Prepare detailed reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and any challenges encountered. Lead safety meetings and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols on job sites. Ensure proper documentation of all service calls and maintenance work performed, maintaining accurate records. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and energy management strategies. Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish) are a valuable asset for client interactions. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing HVAC issues. Physical stamina and strength to handle tools and equipment, along with the ability to work in various environments.
