Human Resources Manager

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures across the group. Oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee development processes. Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and regulations. Prepare HR strategies and plans aligned with the group’s business objectives. Manage organizational structure, compensation, benefits, and performance systems. Lead HR teams and foster a professional and stable work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Previous experience within diversified group companies is preferred. Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and modern HR practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Native Arabic speaker. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Employment Type Full-time
