Role Overview The HR Manager will create and manage essential HR systems and processes for the entire company. This includes annual leave and attendance management, employee development, compliance, and support. You will also be responsible for developing and managing an HR system to ensure data accuracy, smooth functionality, and alignment with company policies. As the function grows, this role can evolve into leading a full HR team. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR systems and policies alongside management at the company level.Oversee annual leave tracking, attendance management, and employee records.Manage recruitment for various roles.Support management with workforce plans and manpower needs.Prepare quarterly HR reports and insights for management.
