Job Description Roles & Responsibilities NEBOSH Course Certificate is Compulsory. Develop and deliver engaging safety training programs tailored to specific roles and tasks, ensuring all employees understand their safety responsibilities. Investigate incidents and accidents thoroughly to determine root causes, preparing detailed reports and recommendations to prevent future occurrences. Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution, promoting a culture of safety across all levels. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field, providing a solid foundation of safety principles and practices. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, showcasing a proven track record in implementing effective safety programs. Certification in HSE management (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.) to demonstrate recognized expertise and commitment to professional development. Experience in high-risk industries such as construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing, ensuring familiarity with sector-specific hazards.
